All images appearing in the Zoom In2 Photographic Project web site are the exclusive property of original photographer and are protected under the UK Copyright laws.

The images may not be reproduced, copied, transmitted or manipulated without the written permission of the original photographer.

Use of any image as the basis for another photographic concept or illustration (digital, artist rendering or alike) is a violation of the UK Copyright laws.

By submitting your images to the Zoom In2 photographic project you are granting us a royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use the material on the Tayside Biodiversity websites, facebook pages and in any media, including a future DVD.  You still own the copyright to anything you contribute and acknowledgement  will be given to the name you enter the images under, i.e. your name, youth group, community, school or user name.   At no time should you take any unnecessary risk, infringe any laws or endanger yourself in collecting any kind of media.
